- Change your pc performance to best performance. Open file explorer --> go to computer properties --> click advanced system settings --> in advanced tab, click performance setting --> then click "adjust for best performance" on visual effects tab. Do this everytime you want to play dota 2.
- Change your virtual memory. Open file explorer --> go to computer properties --> click
advanced system settings --> in advanced tab, click performance
setting --> go to advanced tab, then click "change" in virtual memory box --> it's up to you which one you will set that, your minimum virtual memory is 1.5x higher than your RAM and the maximal virtual memory is 3x higher i think.
My Current Virtual Memory Setting - Update your GPU. You can search it by yourself, don't you?
- Download a game booster. For now, i use razer cortex. You don't have to use the tweak function though.
- Edit/Use (?) autoexec. You can download it here. I have edited this one. And this one is the best for me i think. You can download the "original" autoexec somewhere in internet. To use it, first, download it, then cut it to C/D/E/F:\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg. If you already have autoexec in cfg folder, you may replace it with mine.
- Edit your dota 2 launch options. This one is my dota 2 launch options -high -novid -console -heapsize 1048576 -dxlevel 81 -nod3d9ex . To add this, open your steam, on the left side, you will see dota 2, right click on it,, click properties, then click "set launch options". Finally, paste that.
- After you applied at least number 5 and 6, a console will be appeared in dota 2 main menu. Just type fps_max 60.
- Finally, change your dota 2 settings. It's better to lower your resolution. Mine is 1280 x 720 window mode . This one is my settings ; I also recommend you to apply low network quality than high network quality. You may set it at setting -->options.
